Following the unfortunate weather events in Tāmaki-Makaurau and the rest of Te Ika a Māui which resulted in the cancellation of this week’s Special General Meeting (SGM), the Board of Te Ohu Kaimoana is pleased to invite you to join them at the newly rescheduled SGM to be held at 10:00am on Tuesday 13 June 2023 at the James Cook Hotel Grand Chancellor, Wellington (147 The Terrace).
Unfortunately we do require all iwi representatives to undertake the RSVP process again and to please complete new Authorised Representative Forms, which are a requirement for any iwi organisations wishing to vote on resolutions at the SGM. We apologise for the inconvenience caused.
As we have done in the recent past, Te Ohu Kaimoana will reimburse the reasonable travel cost for one iwi representative to attend the SGM.
